The Caribbean Social Club, better known as Toñita’s, is a Brooklyn landmark with béisbol at its core. Founded in 1973 by María Antonia “Toñita” Cay as a clubhouse for her Boricua team, it became a cultural refuge for Latines in New York. This short documentary traces its roots in pelota and celebrates the community it continues to inspire today.
